Description:
1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery, together with unloading in 2026, of diesel oil for vehicles, agricultural tractors, machines and equipment for the City and Commune of Bodzanow and organizational units. Place of delivery: - square at the Bodzanw City and Commune Office, ul. Bankowa 7, 09-470 Bodzanw (38,000 liters).2) The amount of oil given is only an estimate of the amount planned for delivery in 2026 and may be increased by 30%. The target amount of diesel oil during the contractual period cannot be determined precisely because it depends on meteorological conditions and random events beyond the control of the Ordering Party. Ordering party reserves the right to place orders for the supply of diesel oil according to actual needs.3) The Ordering Party estimates the consumption of 38,000 liters of diesel oil. This is a number that Contractors should take into account when calculating the offer price, but it is only used to compare offers in terms of the method of calculating the price. unit.
