Description:
1. The subject of this order is the purchase and delivery of diesel oil for tanks located at the equipment base. Diesel oil will be delivered on the basis of a contract.2. The Contractor guarantees that the fuel sold will meet the requirements: a) The Ordering Party requires that it be sold the fuels met the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of March 25, 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws Laws of 2017, item 247, as amended) and in accordance with the currently applicable standards. b) The Ordering Party requires the contractor to provide fuel in accordance with the Act of August 19, 2011 on the transport of dangerous goods ((Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2147, as amended)) c) The Ordering Party requires the contractor to deliver fuel to tanks, using means of transport that meet the standards provided for in environmental protection regulations. d) The ordering party requires the contractor to have a license referred to in Art. 32 section 1 point 4 of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (...
