Description:
1. The subject of these procedure for awarding the contract is "the purchase and delivery of disposable equipment for the SP WZOZ MSWiA in Bydgoszcz" specified in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ. 2. The order of the contract includes 85 undivided packages for which the Employer allows the possibility submitting partial offers, with the proviso that the offer in each of the packages should be full and should meet the detailed requirements set out in price forms, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, as well as the requirements contained in SWZ.
