- The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for "Purchase with delivery and delivery of dry-erase boards for the Silesian Police Garrison". The description of the subject of the order can be found in the invitation to submission of an offer. Slight differences in the given dimensions of the tables are allowed. Payment terms - by bank transfer - 21 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Delivery cost - on the supplier's side - delivery to KWP in Katowice, ul. KochΕowicka 5 (warehouse No. 12) Warranty - 24 months, but not less than the manufacturer's warranty. Delivery time - up to 5 business days from the date of signing the order/agreement. The contractor is obliged to submit a declaration of not being subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835). THE STATEMENT CAN BE LOCATED IN THE "ANNEXES" TAB. The Ordering Party requires that the assortment as part of the order execution was brand new, free from technical and legal defects, in intact factory packaging, approved for trading and of grade I. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the delivery address - after prior notification to the Contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of the subject of the order depending on the amount of financial resources available for the purchase of the subject of the order.
