Description:
1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of contracts specifying the terms of public procurement for the supply of ecological means of winter maintenance of artificial airport surfaces for the 2023/2024 winter season, which may be awarded to the Contractor during the period of validity of these contracts.
2. Contribution proceedingselone is divided into two parts:
1) Part 1 - concerns the conclusion of an agreement for the successive deliveries of de-icing fluid based on potassium acetate or potassium formate, in quantities not exceeding 280,000 kg;
2) Part 2 - concerns the conclusion of an agreement for the successive deliveries of granules based on sodium acetate or sodium formate,in quantities not exceeding 80,000 kg.
3. Deliveries will be made, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, successively in the winter season 2023/2024, starting from the date of signing individual contracts for the above-mentioned. parts, until December 31, 2024
4. The Ordering Party requires that the supplied de-icing agents be producedwere processed no earlier than 3 months before the date of placing the order and had the CE mark.
