1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of electricity within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law to facilities located in the Stare Babice commune.
2. Electricity will be supplied to the Ordering Party's energy consumption points, including the budgetary units of the Stare Babice Commune).
3.Budget units of the Stare Babice Commune:
a) Primary School in Koczargi Stare,
b) Primary School in Stare Babice,
c) School and Kindergarten Complex in BorzΔcin DuΕΌy,
d) Primary School in Zielonki Parceli,
e) Kindergarten in Stare Babice,
f) Kindergarten in Blizne JasiΕskiego,
g) Municipal Sports and Recreation Center;
