Description:
Name of the order: Purchase and delivery of equipment and supplies intended to meet the needs of the civilian population for the purposes of Civil Protection and Civil Defense. A detailed description of the subject of the order - specifications - are contained in the documents contained in Part IV SWZ 1-3 and should be read. In addition, in SWZ CHAPTER 5 - DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER contains a description of the subject of the order. The delivered subject of the contract will be brand new, unused, unregenerated, complete, free from any physical and legal defects, technically functional in original intact packaging, comes from the official channel distribution manufacturer and that it is not encumbered with rights for third parties. The contractor is obliged to inform the ordering party about any difficulties related to the implementation of the order. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in Part III of the SWZ contract template.
