Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment in the field of civil protection and civil defense. 1 part of the order concerns the delivery of air dehumidifiers. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Delivery of the subject of the order should include: transport, insurance for transport and unloading in places indicated by the Ordering Party. The equipment constituting the subject of the order must: 1) be brand new, unused, free from defects, properly marked and packaged, and must have the required parameters. 2) have instructions for use in Polish, 3) complies with the requirements specified in this SWZ.4) the supplied equipment should meet the requirements of EU standards. Products that require this must have the necessary current safety certificates, approvals, quality certificates and meet all the requirements of the standards set out in applicable law, the order also includes transport (at the Contractor's expense and risk).
