- Package No. 1 - External stimulator for temporary stimulation, 6 sets. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annexes No. 2.1-2.2 to the SWZ, respectively, to Package No. 1-2. The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the principle of no serious damage (DNSH To No Significant Harm), in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This principle applies in connection with the financing of contracts under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The DNSH principle means that at no stage of implementation orders from production, through delivery, use, and eventual disposal, there must be no serious harm to EU environmental goals, i.e.: 1. mitigating climate change,2. Adaptation to climate change,3. Sustainable management of water and marine resources,4. Circular economy (circular economy),5. Pollution prevention and control,6. Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
