Description:
Purchase and delivery of brand new equipment, manufactured no earlier than in 2024: Part I: - power generating unit 30 kW 1 pc. The Contractor, at his own expense, will deliver the subject of the order to the Ordering Party, to the address of the Commune Office in Iwonicz-Zdroj, 38-440 Iwonicz-Zdrj, al. Soneczna 28. Collection of the item of the order will take place on the basis of the delivery and acceptance protocol. On the date of receipt, the subject of the order must be technically functional, complete and ready for use, and must meet all required parameters. On the day of acceptance at the latest, the Contractor will train at least 2 representatives of the Ordering Party in the proper operation of the equipment. The detailed scope of delivery, including the subject of the order, is specified in Annex No. 4 to SWZ Technical Specification. ATTENTION! If standards, technical approvals, proper names, technologies, tools, materials, etc. are used in the tender documentation (SWZ with annexes), they should be treated as examples aimed at specifying the subject of the order and defining the technical and quality standard, the ordering party allows for equivalence.
