Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment as part of the project Professional qualifications - a success of the School Complex in Ostrow Lubelski. Place of delivery, registered office of the ordering party: Ostrow Lubelski ul. Unicka 5; 21-110 Ostrw Lubelski. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1A to SWZ. Provisions common to all parts:1) The order concerns the delivery of assembly/connection/installation of the subject of the order divided into parts:a) part I Purchase and delivery of grinding machines to the mechanical engineering workshop;2) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of consolidating partial offers into one, several or all parts.3) Wherever in the description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party shall indicate specific dimensions, a tolerance of up to 10% is allowed.4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivered order constituting the subject of the order be brand new, unused, and have the required technical parameters specified in Annex 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E 1F SWZ (detailed description of the subject of the order), was in an undamaged, technically functional condition, complete and ready for use, met the standards required by Polish law and was free from physical and legal defects.
