Description:
The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for the purchase, delivery and carrying of an express tent with equipment for the Bytom Police Headquarters. The invitation, description of the subject of the order and the declaration can be found in "attachments" tab. The contractor is obliged to indicate the manufacturer and model of the offered assortment. The contractor will design and submit proposals for printing on the tent for the Ordering Party's approval. Logo template placed in the "attachments" tab. W If the Ordering Party considers the submitted proposal to be unaesthetic or significantly different from the Ordering Party's assumptions, the Ordering Party has the right to submit comments/changes to the project until final acceptance. The Contractor is obliged to submit declaration of non-exclusion pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022 pos. 835).The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase/reduce the order depending on its financial resources.
