Description:
1. The Contractor is bound by the offer by 08.12.2025, while the first day of the binding date is the day when the deadline for submitting offers is.
2. The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of factory new SUV official vehicles for the needs of the provincial headquarters Police with headquarters in Radom - in the amount of 5 pieces with options (max 5 pieces).
1. The contractor undertakes to deliver his own transport and at his own expense as part of the basic (guaranteed) order of 5 (five) items of factory new (year of production 2025) of vehicles meeting the requirements of the specification technical specified in Annex 1 to the contract and in accordance with the contractor's offer and documentation of the tender procedure.
2. The contracting authority requires the provided vehicles to provide a guarantee specified in the technical specification, with the proviso that the contracting authority requires the subject Orders were covered by a warranty on mechanical, electrical and electronic components for a minimum period of 36 months with a limit of 120,000 km of mileage.
3. The appraiser requires that the vehicle be delivered to be made in accordance with:
a) technical specification, which constitutes Annex 1 to the contract
b) rules technical knowledge, commonly applicable standards and standards in this respect, taking into account applicable regulations,
c) he had the required approvals and approval in the field of utility values.
