Description:
Animal products, meat and meat products. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The ordering party will order only those products listed in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. The food that is the subject of the order must meet the quality conditions in accordance with applicable certificates, law food and with the applicable GMP/GHP principles of the HACCP system. The quantities provided in the offer form constitute the estimated demand that the Ordering Party expects to purchase during the term of the contract. The Contractors will not be entitled to any claims for failure to complete the quantities indicated in the offer form. towards the Ordering Party. The ordering party may change the product quantity specified in the subject of the order within the financial limit. The detailed number of items ordered will be determined on a case-by-case basis orders.
