Cz i - animal products, miso and misne products, (the list of assortment is in the beginning No. 6 to SWZ) 1) Oglny requirements: all products must come from legal rDE, so that the permitted to marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland and has veterinary buckets and identification markings (quality signs, production inventory codes, etc.). Misne products must have (more freely frosty), having the current useful of useful use, without signs of spoilage, discoloration, slack or unpleasant smell. Products must comply with the HACCP system and sanitary regulations for the applicants for collective children and fashion. All offered articles need to convent the requirements specified in: on the regulation of the Minister of Health of 26 July 2016 on the groups of food in schools, with current guidelines of the Sanitary Sanitary Inspection. 2) detailed requirements: a) Miso raw (pork, pork, poultry, woole): Miso must be, pavity, unrefined, it cannot contain bone injection, scrapers, baptisms or excessive amount of mascara, it should be cleaned, without cigien and unpleasant odors, permissible wickedly ...
