Description:
1. Subject of the order: Purchase and delivery of food products to the school canteen at Primary School No. 3. Zbigniew Herbert in Wronki on school days from January 2, 2026. until December 21, 2026 2. Due to the impossibility of clearly defining the subject of the order in terms of quantity, the Ordering Party envisages using the option right. During the order execution period, the Ordering Party expects to make a minimum level of deliveries related to the successive delivery of food products presented in point. 8 and in the material and price forms at the level of 70% of the order value. Providing for the right of option, the Ordering Party has the right to increase the order, in accordance with the net unit prices of individual products included in the item and price forms. The Ordering Party will notify about the need to exercise the option right by sending information to the Contractor via by e-mail (to the e-mail address indicated in the contract) or via a postal operator to the correspondence address indicated in the contract.
