Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products to the Public Kindergarten in Poacu, ul. Madaliskiego 1, Branch No. 1 ul. apniowska 1 and Branch No. 2 ul. Kocielna 9, during the period specified in the SWZ. in accordance with the assortment and price form.2. An integral assortment and price form Part of the SWZ contains a list of the range and quantity of food products that constitute the expected demand for the duration of the contract. The contractor is obliged to offer food products consistent with the list included in the form or equivalent products - indication of their individual characteristics.3. Use of names manufacturers are only used to clarify the subject of the order. The term "equivalent product" means products with no worse quality parameters, having the same qualities (taste, smell, color, aesthetics, consistency) and containing at least the same raw materials used for production, every article specified by the Ordering Party. The capacity and weight of the product cannot differ from the capacity of the product suggested by the Ordering Party.
