PKP LiniaHutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość invites you to submit a price offer for the purchase and delivery of food vouchers mentioned in the procedure. Conditions of procedure regarding the offer and order execution: 1. Detailed description of the item the orders and delivery conditions were specified in the draft Agreement constituting an annex to the procedure - Annex No. 2. 2. In order to confirm that the subject of the order offered by the Contractor meets the requirements, the Ordering Party requests that the Contractor submit: 1) a list of commercial and catering points (establishments) that redeem food vouchers, authorizing the purchase of preventive and regenerative and strengthening meals (supplement to Annex No. 1). 2) patterns of food vouchers in the denominations specified in proceedings. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of delivering vouchers in electronic form (e.g. in the form of electronic cards). 4. The Contractor will attach detailed calculations to the submitted offer, including at least: (number of vouchers, denomination, net value, tax VAT) Place of delivery: 7.30 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. to the points specified in Annex No. 1. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers in the procedure. The Contractor is obliged to complete Appendix No. 1 - List of Recipients and Points commercial/catering Unit price includes transport costs.5.
