The Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice - Supply Department invites you to submit a price offer for: purchase and delivery of: forensic packages for collecting swabs from the buccal mucosa for the needs of the Silesian garrison police - FTA card Invitation to participate in the proceedings and description of the item the order is specified in the attachment. Place of delivery: KWP Katowice, Warehouse Department. Zaozanie No. 16, ul. Kochłowicka 5 Katowice. Delivery date: by December 15, 2025. Document confirming obtaining a positive opinion from CLKP is required. Delivery should take place on business days, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Payment: bank transfer 21 days from the date of a correctly issued invoice and receipt of the goods. Validity date/warranty: min. 30 months. The offer must include possible delivery costs, customs duties, etc. The delivered goods must be brand new. We reserve the right to withdraw from the execution. order/order/signing a contract without giving a reason. The Ordering Party reserves the right to extend/reduce the order/order/agreement - without giving a reason. The selection of the most advantageous offer is not tantamount to receiving the order/order/signing the contract.
