2. The minimum parameters of the subject of the contract, required by the contracting authority, include Annex 4 to SWZ Technical specification.
3.The contracting authority requires that the Contractor attach to the offer completed Annex No. 4 Technical specification.
4. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract meet all applicable legal norms in the field of sales, operation and withdrawal from operation, and especially the requirements contained in the DirectiveMasha 2006/42/EC.
5. Along with the subject of the contract, the Contractor will provide full documentation, operating instructions, receiving tests and an exploitation permit issued by the Office of Technical Inspection. The above documents must be prepared in Polish.
6. In the scope of the subject of the contractThe training enters 10 employees of the Ordering Party to the extent necessary for proper operation and service of a forklift. The training will be conducted within the agreed date with the Employer, but not later than 10 days after the subject of the contract is delivered.
