Description:
1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. I.2 to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex I.3 to the SWZ.
2. The complete subject of the order must be delivered to the Ordering Party's registered office within: 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
3.Contained in this SWZ together with information on parameters and functions in the annexes is minimum data - the Ordering Party allows the offer of products with extended functions and better parameters, provided that they meet the minimum requirements specified in this order.
4. The Ordering Party informs that in this order, in accordance with Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, provides for the exercise of the option right. Determining the type, maximum value and circumstances of using the option is specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex I.2 to the SWZ and the contract template constituting Annex I.3 to the SWZ.
