Description:
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is included in Annex 8 to SWZ - "Description of the subject of the contract - a table of compliance of the offered subject of the contract with the requirements of the Ordering Party". This description should be read as the SWZ content changes, which are, for example, the result of grantedanswers to the queries of contractors.
Purchase and delivery to the laboratories of the GAOP gas chromatograph set with mass spectrometer (GC MS-MS)
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 sets of gas chromatographs with tandem mass spectrometry (GC MS-MS) in order to ensure the implementation of laboratories' tasksGIOŚ as part of state environmental monitoring in the field of water.
2. In addition, the order includes delivery at the cost of the contractor of the devices to each location of the contracting authority indicated in Annex 3 to the contract.
3. As part of this contract, the procedure has not been divided into further parts.
4. The division of the order into parts would threaten with excessive technical difficulties preventing proper performance of the contract and its implementation for substantive reasons. The order is an integral whole. Tasks to be carried out as part of the order are closely related to each other in the series of eventslogistics, substantive and organizational and result in one of the other, so their implementation cannot be carried out in more than one order, because it will be impossible to ensure continuity of work.
