Description:
1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of goods/food vouchers for authorized persons designated by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Katowice, with a total nominal value of PLN 1,440,000.
2) The number and value of vouchers given above is the basic value (without options).
3)Under the concept A voucher should be understood as a document entitling its holder to cashless purchase of goods from various product groups, both food and industrial products, including household chemicals and household appliances, etc., within a specified period and in the amount for which the voucher is issued.
4) Vouchers constituting the subject of this order must be in paper form. The Ordering Party does not allow electronic forms (e.g. payment cards).
5) The place of delivery of goods/food vouchers is the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Katowice, ul. Wita Stwosza 7.
6)Vouchers will be delivered according to the needs of the Ordering Party, based on the value and quantity order in force at the Ordering Party, within the time specified in the order, on business days from 8.00 to 3 p.m.
7)Orders will be placed at least 3 business days before the delivery date by e-mail to the following address provided by the Contractor.
8) The validity period of the vouchers is set at least 6 months from the month following the month of delivery of the vouchers to the Ordering Party's registered office.
