Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: The contractor will deliver first-class, fresh foodstuffs, corresponding to the quality standards applicable to the given type of products in Poland, with current best-before dates. Packaging delivered by the Contractor of the articlein foodstuffs, they must be marked with a visible expiration date., All dry products (groats, pasta, rice, sugar, jelly, etc.), vegetable oils, flavored yoghurts or eggs; should be packed in individual packaging, intended for contact with food, to protect the contents against damageem. Packaging clean, dry, without visible signs of pests, infestation or physical contamination. Damaged, broken, destroyed or hermetically opened products are unacceptable. The packaging should bear the expiration date, which indicates the edible product, with as long as possibledeadline. Products that require refrigeration (dairy products, eggs) should be stored in such conditions that the refrigeration chain is not interrupted. The type and number of deliveries is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Offer Form.
