Description:
Part of the order No. 1 Purchase and delivery of meat, cold cuts and poultry for the Social Services Center in Jarocin, Requirements: - the delivered goods must meet the requirements specified in the Act of August 25, 2006. on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws 2019.1252, volume of 2019/07/05). - the goods must be fresh, empty mechanical damage, good quality, with a current shelf life - the contractor must meet all requirements regarding means of transport specified in Chapter IV of Annex No. II to Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29/04/2004. on environmental hygiene food (OJ EU L. of 30/04/2004, No. 139.1). - each time deliveries will be made by the Contractor's transport adapted to transport food at the Contractor's expense and risk. The contractor ensures unloading of the goods - The gross offer price must include all costs related to the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the description of the subject of the order and the relevant provisions of the contract specified in this ToR. A detailed description of the subject of the order for a given part is presented in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.
