Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the purchase and delivery of a heat pump for the needs of the Laboratory Department in Poznań. The heat pump should have the following parameters: 1. Monoblock pump, R322 refrigerant. Power 8 kW for air +7 parameters hot water +353. COP for parameters as above. A7W35 minimum 54. Power 8kW for A7W555 parameters. COP for A7W55 parameters is minimum 36. For A7W55 parameters for +35 degrees Celsius, energy class A+++7. For the parameter 55 degrees Celsius, energy class A++8. The heat pump's operating range for heating -25 degrees C to 35 degrees Celsius We reserve, that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - delivery: cost and delivery to the warehouse by the supplier - location: ul. Ostrowska 388, 61-312 Poznań - payment terms: 21 days from receipt of a correctly issued invoice; - implementation deadline: no later than December 31, 2025 - validity period for the offer is 60 days - confirmation of delivery will be the delivery and acceptance protocol signed by both Parties - warranty: 24 months By submitting the offer, the contractor declares that all additional costs have been included in the offer.
