Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of heating diesel oil (hereinafter referred to as oil) to the facility of the Special Educational Center. Polish Seafarer in Damnica, in 2026, in the amount of approximately 40,000 liters. One-time oil deliveries amount to approximately 4,000 liters.2. Total quantity of oil ordered represents expected, estimated demand and may change during the year. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller or larger quantity of oil than the quantity specified in the order by +/- 30%. Any quantitative changes may depend on the weather conditions prevailing in the region heating season or other circumstances unforeseeable at the time of initiation of these proceedings. In such a case, the contractor is not entitled to claim compensation from the ordering party for reducing or increasing the order.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter 5 of the terms of reference
