Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of heating diesel oil or equivalent for boiler rooms administered by the Jeleniewo Commune Office for 2026, i.e.: - Primary School in Jeleniewo - approximately 28,000 liters; - Commune Office in Jeleniewo - approximately 7,000 liters (including 1,000 liters for the building of the former Primary School in Gulbieniszki); - Municipal Public Library in Jeleniewo - approximately 8,000 liters in total: Heating diesel oil - approximately 43,000 liters 2. Detailed requirements related to the subject of the order: 2.1 Oil parameters in accordance with PN-C-96024:2011 standards for L1: - density at 15 0C - max up to 0.86 g/ml - ignition temperature - not lower than 56 C - pour point not higher than (-20 C) - kinematic viscosity at 20 C not higher than 6.00 mm2/s - heating value - minimum up to 42,600 kJ/kg - content sulfur - max up to 0.1% - solid impurities content - not more than 24 mg/kg - water content - not more than 200 mg/kg3. The subject of the order also includes transport, loading and unloading of oil at the Contractor's expense. The subject of the order will be transported by transport Contractors.4.
