4.1 The subject of the sketch is the successive supply of fuels- an abominated oil for heating cells, for the needs of the Public Primary School in Czarnoyach and the Czarnoyy Commune Office: with parameters determined according to the quality norm in Poland in Poland PN-C-96024:- Gsto at 15 C max. 860 kg/m3, - WORTH OPA - minimum 42.6 MJ/kg, - Pynicia temperature (C), maximum 20, - Construction temperature - minimum 56C, - remained when coking with 10% of the distillation remaining (% m/m), maximum 0.30,- remained after incineration ( % m/m), maximum 0.010,- Sulfur % (m/m), maximum 0.10000,- water (m/m), maximum 0.020,- contains permanent contaminants were concluded (mg/kg), maximum 24, in quantity: 4.1.1 in the basic (minimum) scope, the purchase of 30 m3 is estimated, with, pursuant to the content of art. 433 points 4), the Ordering Employer indicates that the minimum size of the experience is 24 m3.4.1.2 In the scope of the options, it is estimated to buy 7 m3.4.2 in point 4.1. item 1) the quality requirements are determined to refer to at least the main elements of the sort of pollution, converting the condition resulting from art. 246 para. 2 of the Act of 11 Wrój 2019 ...
