- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of heating oil for the Primary School. Tadeusz Kociuszko in Chodcz in Chodcze in quantities of 80,000 liters in the heating season 2024/2025.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of supplied oil in relation to the amounts specified in point 1, due to weather and atmospheric conditions or as a result of other factors affecting the Ordering Party's demand for oil supplies. In such a case, the Contractor shall not be entitled to claim compensation from the Ordering Party for changing the order. Settlement for deliveries will be made in accordance with from the actual quantity of oil delivered.3. Fuel oil must meet quality parameters not worse than those specified in the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard for L-1, taking into account the REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding the sulfur content of oils and types installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws 2016, item 2008): - calorific value not lower than 42.6 MJ/kg - sulfur content not more than 0.10% (m/m) - density at 150C not higher than 860 kg/m3 - temperature here...
