Description:
1. The inquiry concerns the purchase and delivery of: a high-speed hammer mill with a dust removal system and magnetic separation.
2. Purpose of the subject of the order:
The subject of the order will be intended for the final grinding of the segregated metallic fraction from the construction waste stream.h.
This system will crush the input material described in point 3 below. With regard to the device in question and the processes carried out using it, we will expect at least two functionalities. Firstly, the grinding process will be carried out in order tofinal reduction of the fraction size and its homogenization in terms of fraction size.
The next expected functionality of the technological system implemented in this process with its use will be the final separation/defractionation of the combined multi-material structures of the input materialo.
The subject of the order will be an element of the installation for recycling construction waste from subgroups 17 01 and 17 04, constituting in particular waste from the demolition of industrial facilities and individual clients' facilities, as well as waste reinforced concrete elements such as poles, sleepers, etc.
3. Materialinput:
A mixture of both ferromagnetic and non-ferrous metals, pre-homogenized in terms of fraction size. The heterogeneity of the mixture concerns both the types of metals, their species, and the shapes and sizes of the fractions.
