Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of implantable and non-implantable medical devices, i.e. spine surgery, CMC prosthesis, wrist and hand anchors, stabilization of the cervical spine, lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint, gel disc prosthesis, wrist arthrodesis plates, dynamicfor hip screw, plates for arthrodesis of the metatarso-sphenoid joint, loop wires and Kirschner wires, in an open tender mode. The order is divided into 8 partial tasks. A detailed description is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party requires the submission of the measures in question together with the offer.evidence in accordance with point 9.1 of the SWZ. These means of evidence to confirm compliance with the features or criteria specified in the description of the offer evaluation criteria must be submitted with the offer (they are not supplementable). The Ordering Party allows supplementing the documents in the case of the measures in questionevidence confirming compliance with the parameters required to confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements and features specified by the Ordering Party.
