Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of infusion fluids for the needs of SPZOZ in Hajnowka.

3. The applicant allows submitting partial offers. The order is divided into 9 packages (parts). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ-the assortment and price form, which is an integral part of this SWZ.
4. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all packages by Your appreciation, except that each package requires an offer for all the items and quantities listed in it.
5. The list will take place for the delivery of the subject of the contract within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Employer by the correctly issued invoice for the delivered goods.
6. The Contractor in the offer as the subject of the contract medicinal products/medical devices should have, both as at the date of the offer and during the implementation of a given partial delivery and provided for in the contract with the contracting authority of its use/validity, current documents allowing the above -mentioned products Medical/Medical devices for trading and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with Polish law and European Union law, as well as meet other requirements (standards, parameters), specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 2 - assortment and price form for SWZ.
