Description:
1. The subject of the order is: purchase and delivery of laboratory reagents, consumables and lease of laboratory equipment in the field of hematology.

in Annex No. 2a to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order limit parameters for reagents and analyzers.
3. The detailed product range is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - product and price form.
4. Detailed conditions for the implementation of deliveries, including access to the Ordering Party's buildings, are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.
5. Required deadline for partial deliveries: 3 business days from placing the order.
6.Expiration date of reagents and consumables use is min. 6 months (excluding control blood, for which the expiration date is consistent with the material delivery schedule control.).
