Description:
The subject of the fall is the purchase and delivery of 27 laptops for the robotics laboratory and PLC control workshop as part of the Business Center project in Rybnik. The description requires it is included in the beginning No. 4 to SWZ. The minimum warranty period for the offered subject of the plait could not be closed than 24 months (in the event of an offer to offer a shorter time, the offer will be rejected in accordance with Article 226 (1) (5) of the Public Procurement Law, because it will be incompatible with the terms of the poll. In the event that the description of the subject of the fall includes references to norms, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Ordering Employer allows rawed solutions described.
