- 1. . The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of light fuel oil for the boiler room in the school and boarding house at the School Complex. Priest Jan Krzysztof Kluk in Wojewodzina.2. Delivery must be carried out using specialized equipment and tankers intended for the transport of fuel oil, having appropriate, certified fuel flow meters and equipped with the necessary devices for trouble-free pumping of oil into the tanks. Fuel transport should meet the requirements of relevant legal provisions, including fire safety, road traffic and environmental protection. 3. Each pumping of oil into the Ordering Party's tank will take place only in the presence of a person authorized by the Ordering Party.4. The ordering party requires that the supplied light fuel oil meets the quality conditions in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding the sulfur content of oils and the types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws 2016, item 2008).
