Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of an agreement specifying the terms and conditions of public procurement for the supply of a liquid ecological agent for the winter maintenance of artificial airfield pavements, which may be awarded to the Contractor during the term of these agreements.
2. The order includes successive deliveriesde-icing fluid based on potassium acetate or potassium formate, in a total quantity not exceeding 100 000 kg.
3. Deliveries will be made, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, successively in the winter season 2022/2023, starting from the date of signing the contract until December 31, 2023.
4. The Ordering Party requiresthat the supplied de-icing agents were produced not earlier than 3 months before the date of placing the order.
5.Products should be labeled in accordance with EU directives.
6. The Ordering Party absolutely requires that within 45 days of signing the contract, the Contractor obtains, at his own expense, the status of KnownAirport Supply Suppliers
