Description:
3. Subject of the order: 3.1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of liquid fuels, i.e. diesel oil to a tank located at the sewage treatment plant in Nowa Wieś.3.2. The scope of the order includes the purchase and subsequent delivery of 40 diesel oil 000 liters to the tank located at the sewage treatment plant in Nowa Wieś. The indicated quantity is the expected demand of the Ordering Party during the contract implementation period, estimated on the basis of the demand from the previous year. The Ordering Party reserves the right possibility of purchasing a smaller amount of fuel and for this reason the Contractor is not entitled to any additional claims against the Ordering Party.3.3. Description of the subject of the order: diesel oil should meet the requirements of the standard: PN-EN 590:2013-12 3.4. . Detailed description of the item the order is included in Appendix No. 5 to this ToR.
