Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels for Gminny Zakład Komunalny sp. z o.o. in a cashless system.2. The order includes the purchase of motor fuels: 95 octane unleaded gasoline and diesel oil for vehicles and mechanical equipment.3. average annual fuel demand, determined based on data from the period preceding the order, the following assortment is: Pb 95 - 6000 liters On - 46000 liters4. The place of fuel collection (refueling) will be the Contractor's gas stations.5. The number of liters of fuel given in the description of the subject of the order and the offer form, respectively, constituting attachments to SWZ is estimated. The Ordering Party reserves the right, depending on the needs, to reduce or increase the amount of fuel refueled.6. The supply of unleaded gasoline and diesel oil will consist in refueling the Ordering Party's vehicles and equipment at the Contractor's gas station located up to 10 km away. km from the registered office of the Ordering Party, calculated by the shortest public road, allowing the passage of buses. 7.
