Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels for the Posk Commune in a non-cash system.2. The order includes the purchase of motor fuels: 95 octane unleaded gasoline and diesel oil for vehicles and mechanical equipment.3. average annual fuel demand, determined on the basis of data from period preceding the order, in the following assortment: PB 95 - 5,300 liters, ON - 29,230 liters4. The place of fuel collection (refueling) will be the Contractor's gas stations.5. The number of liters of fuel given in the description of the subject of the order and the offer form, which constitute annexes to the SWZ, respectively, is an estimate. 6. If the specified maximum quantities of fuel are not exhausted, the ordering party declares to purchase fuel in minimum quantities, i.e. 2,700 liters of gasoline and 15,000 liters of diesel oil.7. The delivery of unleaded petrol and diesel oil will consist in refueling the Ordering Party's vehicles and equipment at the station. of the Contractor's fuels, located within 10 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters, counted as the shortest public road allowing the passage of buses.8.
