The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of gasupl (LPG) for the own needs of Novago Żnin Sp. z o.o. with headquarters of Wwawrzynki 35, 88-400 Żnin, in an estimated amount of 40,000 liters per month. The Employer reserves that the appraised of the estimated demand for LPG gas during the duration contracts, i.e. on 01.08.2025 to 31.07.2026 may change quantitative. The given amount should be treated with an estimated one, and not achieving it during the contract does not give rise to the performer of the contractor eager for claims against the contracting authority. Forecast for a fairly comparison of offers and in none The accident is not by the parties to the obligation to buy gas in the amount given.
