Description:
Task No. 1 Purchase along with the supply of electrical materials, in accordance with Adjustion No. 3 to SWZ - Price form for task No. 1. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the skew (including parameters and estimated quantities) is found in Zakzel No. 3 SWZ - Price formula for task No. 1 3. Detailed information about description of the subject of the skew and its scope as well as the method of implementation are in: A. Zecznik No. 1 to SWZ - offer form; B. Recipient No. 2 to SWZ planned provisions of the contract; c. Starting no exclusion; e. Starting No. 5 to SWZ, the contractor about the actor of information contained in the decision, which is referred to in art. 125 para. 1 of the Act, in the scope of grounds for exclusion from the postparty indicated by the Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the CAY assortment be resulted in the subject of the contract by factory New, and species and convention of quality and use standards.
