Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of vehicles for transporting measuring containers.
2. In addition, the order includes the registration of vehicles at the Contractor's expense and the purchase of compulsory third party liability insurance for the supplied vehicles.
3. The task of the Contractor will be to deliver on his own costzt of vehicles to the locations indicated by the Ordering Party, start-up and demonstration of the correct operation of the delivered vehicles.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 8 to the ToR - "Description of the subject of the contract - Table of compliance of the offered subject of the contract with the requirementsmawiającego".
