Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and subsequent delivery of meat and cold cuts for the needs of the Social Welfare Home in Ostrowiec Witokrzyski os. Soneczne 49 in 2026 in the quantities and types specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to this SWZ. The contractor must offer all listed items, failure to complete any item will result in rejection of the offer.2. Pursuant to Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party reserves the right to option. The quantities of ordered products indicated in the assortment and price form are estimated quantities (calculated on the basis of consumption of products in 2025) and may change during the term of the contract, which means that it does not constitute the final dimension of the order and, as a result, cannot be the basis for filing claims for unrealized deliveries or for refusing to fulfill them. The Ordering Party reserves the right to apply the law option to increase the basic scope of the order, which was used to calculate the price offer, to the value of 10% of the basic order.
