Description:
1. The subject of the order is the "Purchase and delivery of medical equipment" as part of the project titled "Strengthening the diagnostic potential of SPZZOZ in Staszow in order to increase the availability of cardiological care" co-financed under the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan - Component D Investment D 1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities in the area of cardiology of centers qualified for OK I."
2. The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle, in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This principle applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The DNSH principle means that at no stage of order execution - from production, through delivery, use possible disposal - there must be no serious damage to the EU's environmental goals, i.e.: 1. Mitigation of climate change, 2. Adaptation to climate change, 3. Sustainable management of water and marine resources, 4. Circular economy (Circular Economy), 5. Pollution prevention and its control, 6. Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems
3. The scope of the subject of the order includes delivery, assembly and required installations (possible adaptation of the room, if necessary), as well as commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's employees.
