The subject of the order is the "Purchase and delivery of medical equipment" as part of the project titled "Creating the Świętokrzyskie Geriatrics Center as a supra-regional, unique interdisciplinary clinical center for patients with... "multi-morbidities in old age"; co-financed under the National Plan for Reconstruction and Increasing Immunity - Component D, Investment D4.1.1. 2. The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" principle (DNSH - Do No Significant Harm), in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This rule applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The DNSH rule means that at no stage of implementation procurement - from production, through delivery, use, to possible disposal - there must be no serious harm to the EU's environmental objectives, i.e.: 1. Mitigation of climate change, 2. Adaptation to climate change, 3. Sustainable management of resources water and sea, 4. Circular economy (Circular Economy), 5. Pollution prevention and control, 6. Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems 3. The scope of the subject of the order includes delivery, assembly and required installations (possible adapting the room, if necessary) along with commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's employees. 4.
