The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and supplies to the Cardiology Clinic, General Surgery, Oncological Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Ophthalmology as part of the availability and quality of outpatient specialist care implemented by SP ZOZ in Hajnówka. 2. The subject of the order includes the delivery, assembly, commissioning and commissioning of equipment in full technical and operational condition, as well as training of the Ordering Party's staff. 3. Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The order is divided into 10 packages (parts). A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Product and price form, which is an integral part of this SWZ. Package 1 1.
