1. The subject of the procedure is "Purchase and delivery of medicines II" specified in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - price forms.
2. The subject of the order includes 48 indivisible packages, for which the Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, provided that the offer in eachpackages should be complete and should meet the detailed requirements specified in the price forms constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, as well as the requirements contained in the SWZ.
