Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of medicines for patients of the National Center for the Prevention of Dissocial Behavior included in the lists constituting Appendix 7 to the SWZ. The quantities of products presented in the lists constitute security for the Center until the end of 2026, but they do not have to be used in full The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of delivered drugs in relation to the quantities indicated in the lists constituting Appendix 7 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor to deliver deliveries in an amount not less than 70% of the quantities indicated in the lists. Due to the reduction in the amount of drugs supplied The contractor is not entitled to any claims. The subject of the order must meet the requirements resulting from the Act of September 6, 2001.
