Description:
1. The inquiry concerns the purchase and delivery of: a multi-stage separation system, in particular an eddy current separation system.
2. Purpose of the subject of the order:
The subject of the order will be intended for the final separation of the crushed fraction and separation of the non-metallic fraction. Separation of the crushed fractionwill include selective separation of fractions of ferromagnetic metals, non-ferrous metals and high-alloy steels. In this system, the input material described in point 3 below will be separated.
The subject of the order will be an element of the construction waste recycling installationfrom subgroups 17 01 and 17 04, constituting in particular waste from the demolition of industrial facilities and individual customer facilities, as well as waste reinforced concrete elements such as poles, sleepers, etc.
3. Input material:
A mixture of metals, homogenized in terms of fraction size, with smallinvolving non-metallic fractions. In terms of metals, there will be in particular a mixture of non-ferrous metals called zorba, containing in particular Al, Cu, Zn, Pb, Sn. The structure of the input material will also include alloy steel fractions and small amounts of fraction of ferromagnetic metals. The maximum planned fraction length up to 100 mm, the maximum planned thickness of the processing material (in the case of bars or flat bars) and/or wall thickness (in the case of sections or complex elements) up to 50 mm.
